Job summary

Good Samaritan in Pipestone, MN seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for PRN shifts across multiple locations within a 75-mile radius. You will apply the nursing process to plan, implement and evaluate resident care, coordinating with families and an interdisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate has a nursing degree with an active RN license and 3 months LTC experience (6 months preferred). Minimum 30 hours per month and one weekend shift per month are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred. Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Obtains and maintains required competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, education, and interventions within the scope of practice.
