The role requires a Virginia or Compact Multistate license in good standing and 2+ years of acute care experience; travel experience preferred.

Qualifications

• RN with 2+ years of acute care hospital experience.
• Experience in ortho/joint/spine post-surgical care preferred.
• Virginia or Compact Multistate License in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide postoperative care for ortho/joint/spine patients on the post-surgical unit.
• Monitor patient conditions, vitals, and recovery progress.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure safe discharge planning.
