Job summary

Trinity Health FirstChoice is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for part-time mobile staffing assignments across MercyOne Waterloo Medical Center and surrounding regions. The program offers flexible day shifts on a 12-hour schedule with premium pay and diverse practice settings.

Responsibilities include floating to various hospital locations, adhering to nursing standards, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice/employment.
• Minimum of eighteen (18) months of recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele and PCU.
• Minimum two (2) years of recent clinical experience for all remaining specialties including Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department and Behavioral Health.
• Credentials required per specialty area (e.g. ACLS, TNCC, etc). BLS, ACLS and PALS must be obtained through American Heart Association

• Assess, identify outcomes, plan, implement and evaluate.
• Act independently within license and scope of knowledge/experience.
