Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a Full-Time Day Travel Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Centurion Eagles Travel Team at Jefferson City Correctional Center in Jefferson City, Missouri. The RN will travel between facilities across Missouri, delivering holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under the supervision of Nursing leadership.

Qualified candidates hold an Associate's degree, RN license, CPR certification, and a willingness to travel statewide.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required.
• RN license or ability to obtain one.
• Minimum of two years of RN experience.
• Must have open availability to travel throughout the state as needed per contract needs.
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in CPR.
• Corrections experience preferred.
• Must live 90+ miles from selected facility.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check.

We are currently seeking a Full-time Day Travel Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Centurion Eagles Travel Team at Jefferson City Correctional Center in Jefferson City, Missouri. Our travelers have opportunities throughout the country and are full-time, benefit-eligible Centurion employees.

The Travel Program RN will work between various facilities/locations throughout the state of Missouri, per contract needs. Each assignment will be restricted to one location. The RN is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients. Registered Nurses work under the direction of the Director of Nursing and/or Nursing Supervisor and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to identify, assess and respond to a wide range of physical, psychological and social needs of the patient.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of RN experience
• Must have open availability to travel throughout the state as needed per contract needs
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
