Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in MedSurg/PCU with ability to flex to other departments as needed.
• Conduct nursing assessments, administer medications, monitor patient status, document interventions and responses.
• Ensure patient safety and infection control; adhere to isolation procedures and standard precautions; maintain equipment safety and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Process physician orders promptly, document accurately, provide complete change-of-shift reports.
• Communicate effectively with care team and other departments; report critical lab values and patient changes.
• Maintain and restock emergency carts, rooms, and supplies; support patient education and discharge planning.

• Demonstrated knowledge of safety, infection control, and standard nursing procedures; ability to document clearly and communicate effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.
