Unit Details

• Unit Size: 48-bed Cardiac Telemetry Unit
• Includes 4 Pulmonary Care beds and 10 Cardiac Surgery beds (traveler not required to care for these patients)
• Common IV Drips:
• Heparin
• Milrinone
• Lasix
• Bumex
• Frequent Diagnoses:
• CHF
• NSTEMI
• Arrhythmias
• Post-Vascular Surgery
  

Job Requirements: License: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state or compact equivalent – Required Certifications (Required): NIHSS BLS – American Heart Association ACLS – American Heart Association Experience: Minimum 2 years of RN experience – Required Minimum 2 years of Cardiac Telemetry experience – Required Cerner EMR experience – Required Education: Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program – Required BSN – Highly desired
