Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the appropriate healthcare provider.
• Provide wound care, catheterizations, and other nursing procedures as required.
• Assist patients with daily living activities and ensure their comfort and safety.
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions and post-discharge care.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver coordinated and effective patient care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
• Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

Additional Requirements: Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship. Do you have your RN License in the State of Assignment or a Compact License? Do you have a minimum of 2 years experience as a travel nurse or a minimum of 3 years exp. in nursing? This is a travel RN Contract. Confirm you live at least 100 miles from the facility located in 38104.
