Wellpath / Correct Care Solutions seeks an RN for full-time travel to multiple facilities, delivering patient care per care plans, administering medications, performing EKGs, and supporting procedures under supervision. Travel is 100% to various locations, with emphasis on safety, documentation, and coordination with interdisciplinary teams.

Candidate must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program, hold active RN licensure (or compact state license) and CPR certification, and be willing to

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• RN licensure in applicable states (or compact license).
• Must have current CPR certification.
• Willingness to travel 100% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care and treatment plans under supervision of Charge Nurse.
• Administer medications, perform EKGs, and assist with procedures.
• Maintain accurate SOAP documentation and review medical records.
• Respond to emergencies and ensure infection control protocols.
