Job summary

Wellpath / Correct Care Solutions is seeking an RN Travel nurse to support patient care across multiple facilities. This role requires 100% travel and entails delivering care, administering medications, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

You must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with an active RN license (compact acceptable) and CPR certification, with at least one year of clinical experience. We offer a mission-driven environment and comprehensive benefits.

• One year or more of clinic experience preferred.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in practicing states or a valid compact license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Willingness to travel 100% of the time.

• Administer medications, perform EKGs, and assist with procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation (SOAP format) and review medical records.
• Travel full-time to different facilities to support staffing needs.

How you make a difference

The RN Travel supports patient care delivery through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation under the supervision of Charge Nurses. This role involves administering medications, assisting in diagnostic tests, documenting care, and supporting surgical procedures as needed. The nurse ensures compliance with safety protocols, medication handling, and clinical documentation standards. They participate in care planning, emergency response, and interdisciplinary communication. The role requires 100% travel to various locations to fulfill staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care and treatment plans under supervision of Charge Nurse

• Respond to emergencies and ensure safety and infection control protocols
• Travel full-time to different healthcare facilities as staffing needs require

EDUCATION

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing

EXPERIENCE

• One (1) or more years clinic experience preferred
• Must be willing and able to travel 100% of the time

LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) within the states of practice and the state in which you work, or a valid compact state nurse license
• Current CPR certification
