Days 0645-1915; 3 12 Hour Shifts EOW, EOH License/Certification/Registration: 1) Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Pennsylvania. 2) Meets the American Heart Association’s standards for Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) and renews BLS every two years. 3) Meets the American Heart Association’s standards for Healthcare Provider Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and renews ACLS every two years. 4) Meets the American Heart Association’s standards for Healthcare Provider Advanced Life Support (PALS) and renews PALS every two years. (may be waived is staffing compliment permits). 5) Completion National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification and renews as needed. T4H-580
