• KS / Compact License
• 2 years' experience in Critical Care/Intensive Care Unit minimum
• Must have experience with balloon pump, CRRT, Impella, open hearts, drawing own labs, PICC, no vascular access team, call on own consults, conduct own codes(must be comfortable)

• Will float to all inpatient units- Med/surge, Med/tele, Acute/tele, Progressive Care and ED with prior experience
