Home Health RN – 6–8 Week Contract | M–F | Baton Rouge, LA + Surrounding Parishes

We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Home Health RN for a 6–8 week contract based out of Baton Rouge, LA, covering multiple surrounding parishes. Ideal candidates will be confident in their home health skills and able to hit the ground running.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• On-call as needed
  
  

Coverage Area

• East Baton Rouge, West Baton Rouge, Ascension, St. James Parishes
  
  

Preferred Requirements

• HCHB (Homecare Homebase) training preferred
• Previous home health experience
• Strong documentation skills and ability to manage multi-county travel
• Active RN license in Louisiana (or compact)
  
  

This is a great opportunity for an RN looking for a short-term travel contract with potential to make a meaningful impact in the home health setting.

6–8 week contract. Coverage includes East/West Baton Rouge, Ascension, and St. James Parishes. Monday–Friday 8a–5p with on-call as needed. Prefer candidates with prior HCHB training. Must have reliable transportation and valid RN license.
