The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience, a Wisconsin nursing license, strong communication skills, and the ability to follow health and safety guidelines with minimal supervision in a busy skilled nursing facility.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient’s condition and assess needs to provide best care and advice.
• Observe and interpret patient’s symptoms and communicate them to physicians.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans.
• Perform routine procedures and document patient charts.
• Administer medications and provide treatments per physician’s orders.
• Maintain hygiene and safety across facilities.
• Supervise and train LPNs and nursing assistants.
