Minimum Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program and current Nursing License in the state of employment, with active BLS certification.
• Credentials required for your specialty (e.g., ACLS, TNCC).
• 18 months to 2 years of recent clinical experience in your specialty area.
• Strong interpersonal, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a shared leadership environment.
• Personal qualities of honesty, integrity, and caring.
• No concurrent employment at a Trinity Health facility.
• Ability to complete orientation and training as per schedule.
