• Float to other cardiac or telemetry units as necessary.
• Manage patient care and monitor vital signs.

Job Description – COU RN (Days)

Location: Deaconess Gateway Hospital, Newburgh, IN

Shift: 12-hr Days (6:00 AM - 6:30 PM), 36 hrs/week, 13-week contract

Start Date: 7/14 or 7/28 — Bi-weekly orientation

Float: To other cardiac, stepdown, or tele units across Gateway/Midtown/Heart Hospital

Requirements: IN RN License, AHA BLS/ACLS, NIHSS; EPIC & CUPID experience; 2+ years exp in specialty, 1 travel assignment

???? Skills: Pre/Post cath & EP lab, PACU recovery, radial artery sheath removal, manage cardiac drips, Tele/12-lead EKG

️ Unit Info: 31 beds; 3:1 patient ratio days, 4-5:1 nights; Red top & black bottoms scrub color

️ Every other weekend/holiday, no local candidates (40 mile radius)
