Job summary

Wellpath in Florida is seeking a Travel RN to support patient care across multiple facilities. This full-time role requires 100% travel to different locations, with responsibilities including administering medications, performing EKGs, documenting care, and assisting in procedures.

Qualifications

  • Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
  • One (1) or more years clinic experience preferred.
  • Must be willing and able to travel 100% of the time.

How you make a difference

The RN Travel supports patient care delivery through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation under the supervision of Charge Nurses. This role involves administering medications, assisting in diagnostic tests, documenting care, and supporting surgical procedures as needed. The nurse ensures compliance with safety protocols, medication handling, and clinical documentation standards. They participate in care planning, emergency response, and interdisciplinary communication. The role requires 100% travel to various locations to fulfill staffing needs.

EDUCATION

LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS

  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) within the states of practice and the state in which you work, or a valid compact state nurse license
  • Current CPR certification
