Job summary

Mental Health Association of Rochester is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide school-based therapy for PK-12 students, conducting assessments, developing plans, and delivering interventions.

You will collaborate with educators and families, document progress, and contribute to student success within a supportive environment, with flexible scheduling and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current licensure in the relevant state.
• ASHA CCC or CF pathway.
• Experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver therapy to support communication skills.
• Collaborate with educators and families to ensure student progress.
