ProSearch Recruiting Partners, an independent MRINetwork franchise, is seeking a Safety Specialist to support on-site projects focused on the installation of material handling and automation equipment. The role involves implementing action plans to improve day-to-day EHS safety during equipment installation and maintenance on customer sites.

Travel up to 90% domestically with some international travel expected.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Health, & Safety (EHS) or related field required or preferred.
• 1–2 years’ experience in safety with large-scale equipment preferred.
• Familiarity with environmental, safety and health programs and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, review and update installation site safety plans.
• Maintain safety plan documents and records.
• Implement and monitor health and safety policies and procedures.
• Lead safety training and coaching for site personnel and contractors.
• Investigate accidents/incidents and drive preventive actions.
• Coordinate health and safety testing/evaluations as needed.
• Ensure site safety inspections are conducted at every facility with company personnel.
