Qualifications

• Must have Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics.
• CMS’s Long-Term Care Basic Training and passed the SMQT.
• At least two years of recent surveyor experience in long-term care facilities.
• Must maintain current licensure to practice as a Registered Dietitian.
• Ability to travel up to 75% regularly.

Responsibilities

• Support internal and external customers nationwide.
• Lead survey processes and coordinate field work.
• Maintain licensure and stay updated on CMS standards.
