Qualified candidates have an associate or bachelor’s degree in Dietetics, completed CMS training, and the SMQT, plus at least 2 years of survey experience and active RD licensure. U.S. citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• CMS Long-Term Care Basic Training completed.
• Must have passed the Surveyor Minimum Qualifications Test (SMQT).
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as a surveyor accrediting or certifying long-term care facilities.
• Current licensure to practice as a Registered Dietitian.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Ability to travel up to 75% regularly.
