Qualifications

• Must be willing to travel and relocate for project sites.
• Equivalent experience in a construction-related position will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Involved in the operations of cost control system and analysis of construction costs.
• Participate in monthly forecasting of revenue and costs.
• Prepare monthly pay estimates from accumulated data.
• Process change orders and Requests for Information.
• Coordinate and schedule shop drawings and submittals.
• Manage material deliveries ensuring compliance with contract documents.
• Negotiate subcontractor and material contracts.
• Assist in developing project schedules.
• Work closely with field construction personnel.
