Qualifications

• Master's degree in physical therapy approved by CAPTE.
• Minimum nine months experience as a physical therapist.
• Licensed to practice in the state of operation.
• CPR certification valid during employment.
• Must be a licensed driver able to travel to all locations.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient evaluation and treatment per physician orders and policy.
• Performs patient evaluations and selects diagnostic materials.
• Communicates results and recommended interventions to physician.
• Develops and documents treatment plans with priorities and goals.
• Educates and counsels patients and families about care.
• Meets productivity standards and updates status with the team.
