Job summary

Redwood ADU LLC is seeking a Lead Installer to support the Construction Project Manager on ADU projects. This role acts as the on-site eyes and ears, coordinating inspections, material delivery, and subcontractor oversight to ensure quality and schedule adherence.

The candidate should have years of construction experience, be capable of reading blueprints, and be comfortable traveling for site work. Strong leadership and a team-player attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Multiple years of construction experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Knowledge of residential codes and building practices.
• Strong team collaboration and leadership qualities.
• Must be physically capable of lifting 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist Construction Project Manager with site inspections and testing.
• Meet and coordinate with sub contractors on site.
• Provide materials and support to subcontractors as needed.
• Perform quality control checks and report findings to PM.
• Maintain site cleanliness, safety, and organization.
• Deliver and stage materials (doors, windows, lumber, cabinets, etc.).
• Execute interior finishing tasks such as painting or trim work as time allows.
