Formación

• Two years of caregiving experience preferred or equivalent demonstrated care experience.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
• Must be willing to travel within a 20-mile radius.
• Excellent communication and compassionate patient care approach.

Responsabilidades

• Provide companionship and emotional support to seniors and veterans.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming).
• Provide medication reminders and monitor for changes in condition.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, errands, and appointments.
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
• Observe and report changes in client condition to supervisors.
• Encourage independence and participation in daily activities.
