Job summary

Steritech, part of the Rentokil family, is seeking a Food Safety Specialist in Martinsburg, WV. You will support hotel, restaurant, and grocery clients to uphold brand standards, ensure food safety, and deliver friendly service that enhances the guest experience.

Travel 50–70% and work on-site with a focus on training staff, enforcing regulations, and maintaining documentation. CP-FS/ServSafe certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Meet the requirements to obtain a CP-FS certification.
• Available to work Monday–Friday and Saturdays/evenings as needed.
• Strong listening, organization, communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits and inspections to ensure food safety and brand standards.
• Observe food prep and cooking to ensure safety and sanitation.
• Provide coaching and corrective-action plans to clients and teammates.
• Travel 50–70% (8–10 days per month), including some evenings and weekends.
