Job summary

InsulTech, LLC is seeking a Field Installation Specialist to perform on-site installation, modification, and support of insulation blanket systems at customer locations. You will review project scopes, travel as required, and accurately document all work performed.

This role requires strict safety compliance, the ability to lift up to 100 pounds, operate ladders, and communicate clearly with customers and teammates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or relevant experience.
• Willingness to obtain certifications (e.g., forklift, man lift, etc.) as required.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Ability to travel overnight to customer sites as required.
• Pre-employment checks and safety requirements must be met.

Responsibilities

• Review and understand the scope of work for each project.
• Overnight travel to customer job sites as required.
• Install, modify, and support insulation blanket systems.
• Accurately document all work performed.
• Follow all SOPs and site safety requirements.
• Use basic math skills to complete job tasks.
• Safely and effectively use hand tools.
• Troubleshoot issues and assist in resolving problems.
• Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and internal staff.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
