Job summary

TruTeam, part of TopBuild Corp., is seeking a safety-sensitive team member to support daily job-site operations. You will review schedules, load trucks, document moisture and temperature readings, and help with inventory and warehouse tasks.

This hands-on role requires a valid driver's license, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and local travel to sites. We offer comprehensive benefits and competitive pay in a collaborative, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A valid driver's license required for company vehicles.
• Experience with No-Burn, DC315, Benjamin Moore or Fosters preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review daily work schedule and ensure truck is loaded with all products, tools, and equipment.
• Work through evaluation code to ensure criteria are correct for application to be applied per manufacturer specifications.
• Duties include product identification, physical and chemical properties, waste disposal, installation, and more.
• Document and report moisture, temperature, gallons used, mills applied, inventory management.
• Complete vehicle safety, job site inspections.
• Safely unload and stage material at job site.
• Report safety, customer or quality concerns.
• Perform warehouse-related duties as required.
• PPE as required.
• Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.
