Job summary

A leading industrial construction provider seeks a full-time Electrical Superintendent for the Southeast Region. Responsibilities include overseeing contract obligations, coordinating staffing, and managing project budgets. The ideal candidate will have 4 years as a JM Level Electrician, experience in industrial environments, and strong skills in project management and Excel. This role offers a comprehensive compensation package including benefits, a company truck, and a signing bonus. Travel will be required up to 50%.

Qualifications

• 4 years as JM Level Electrician Required.
• At least 2 years of Foreman/GF required.
• At least 2 years’ experience in preparing estimates.
• Experience tracking cost using Excel or industry software.
• Experience in paper mills or fossil fuel power plants required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing with site managers.
• Recruit, interview, and hire candidates.
• Manage project budgets and estimate work.
• Supervise compliance with contract standards.
• Conduct safety training and audits.
