About Play, LLC seeks an Early Interventionist to serve in York and surrounding counties in South Carolina. Must reside in SC and have at least 1 year of experience with children aged birth to six. Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with on-the-job training available.
Travel to families' homes or care settings is expected, with 50-75% travel as noted. The role involves providing family-centered early intervention services, training caregivers, and coordinating child development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in related field and 1 year documented experience with children birth to six years old or a non-related degree with 5 years experience in infants/toddlers or 0-5 with disabilities.
- Willingness for on-the-job training and ability to work in home, daycare or natural environments.
- Must reside in South Carolina and have reliable transportation; driver’s license preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide family-centered early intervention services to infants and toddlers with delays or disabilities.
- Conduct family training in home, daycare or natural environments with caregiver and child.
- Educate and support families on child development, parenting and family functioning.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote child development and monitor progress.
