Qualifications

• RRT credential and current state license required.
• Minimum 4 years' experience as an RRT.
• Minimum 2 years teaching in a CoARC-accredited program or as clinical instructor.
• Relevant degree(s) from accredited institutions.
• Must hold required certifications/licensure for courses overseen.
• Higher education or program management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee curriculum development and faculty management.
• Ensure accreditation compliance and program performance.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop faculty.
• Coordinate externships and clinical site placements.
• Monitor student outcomes and implement improvement plans.
• Prepare accreditation documentation and reports.
• Teach courses as needed.
• Lead advisory and faculty meetings.
