Job summary

Titan Machinery in Minot, ND is seeking a Case CE Diesel Mechanic to diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel equipment for customers and internal units. The role includes field service, in-shop work, and pre-delivery tasks performed safely and efficiently.

You will work with the Service Manager on timely repairs, maintain thorough documentation, and participate in ongoing training to stay current with product knowledge. A strong focus on quality, customer service, and profitability is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related diesel equipment experience OR an Associate's Degree in Diesel Equipment Technology
• 1+ year with limited supervision
• Clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Diagnostic, Repair, and Technical Expertise: Diagnose and repair machine systems per manufacturer specs; perform field service as directed by Service Manager, including weekend/after-hours calls.
• Documentation and Communication: Report findings, repair needs, and timelines; manage parts; complete work orders and related documentation accurately and timely.
• Technical Development and Customer Focus: Pursue ongoing training to maintain product knowledge; propose maintenance/upgrades that add value for customers and improve performance.
• Safety and Compliance: Follow safety rules and regulations while performing work.
