Job summary

Titan Machinery is seeking a reliable Case IH Diesel Mechanic in North Dakota to diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel equipment to manufacturer standards. You will communicate findings and timelines clearly with customers and the service team while advancing your skills through ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience OR an Associate's Degree in Diesel Equipment Technology or related program.
• Ability to travel to offsite training facilities, as needed.
• Must have own tools.
• Keen attention to detail, high level of initiative, and the ability to work independently.
• Exceptional documentation and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and recondition machine systems and components per manufacturer specifications.
• Communicate findings, repair needs, and timelines clearly with the Service Manager, service team, and customers.
• Participate in ongoing professional and technical training to maintain current product knowledge and service capabilities; identify customer service opportunities and recommend solutions.
• Follow all safety rules, policies, and regulations while performing work.
