Job summary

Communication Technology Services (CTS) seeks a Technician 1 installer for the Desert Region based in Phoenix, AZ. This hands-on field role focuses on DAS installation, pulling coax and fiber, mounting antennas and equipment, and building pathways for in-building wireless coverage.

You will work on active construction sites with travel across Arizona and New Mexico, joining an install crew under Field Manager or Lead Technician.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Clean driving record.
• Must pass a background check.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and carry tools.
• Reliable personal vehicle to reach jobsites.

Responsibilities

• Follow the direction of Field Manager/Lead Tech.
• Install antennas and equipment as directed.
• String coax and fiber cable on install site.
• Transport materials to and from sites.
• Attend Apprentice Classes (where applicable).
• Document site walks and data for bidding and closeout.
