Flynn Group of Companies is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the Roofing Division’s PM team in coordinating projects, reading blueprints and specs, and assisting with scheduling and documentation. This role offers growth into a Project Manager position and exposure to a leading building envelope contractor with almost 50 years of history.

Salary is listed as $65k-$75k DOE with comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for ongoing career development through Flynn University.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel and MS Office suite.
• MS Project is a plus for scheduling and planning.
• Ability to read blueprints and read AutoCAD/Bluebeam drawings.
• Experience in the Construction industry is required.
• Willing to travel 50-70%.

Responsibilities

• Support the PM team with project coordination and documentation.
• Assist in scheduling, budgeting, and progress tracking; may grow into PM role.
• Coordinate with field teams and vendors to ensure project milestones are met.
