Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time, on-site contract near Mill Valley, CA. This role focuses on 1:1 interventions in a supportive educational setting.

You will conduct assessments, collaborate with staff and families, and participate in IEP meetings, with opportunities for professional growth and travel.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Active California State licensure to practice as an SLP.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) completed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify student needs and inform IEPs.
• Deliver targeted 1:1 and small group speech-language therapy interventions.
• Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to develop support strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation, track student progress, and participate in IEP meetings.
• Adapt therapy techniques to suit diverse student populations and needs.
