ProCare Therapy is seeking a School-based Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time, on-site contract in California. You will deliver 1:1 assessments and therapy, collaborate on IEPs, and ensure compliance with district guidelines while supporting student progress.

The role offers travel opportunities, strong onboarding, and ongoing professional development resources in a collaborative school environment.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active California state SLP license.
• ASHA CCC or eligibility for CFY supervision.
• Prior experience or strong interest in K-12 school settings preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive speech-language assessments and therapy to students on a 1:1 basis.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs.
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with state, federal, and district guidelines.
• Engage with parents and families to support student progress and address concerns.
• Contribute insights to help optimize students learning environments.
