Requirements

• Current BLS and ARRT certification required
• License required if applicable
• Compact license not accepted

Responsibilities

• Nonprofit, 378-bed tertiary teaching hospital setting affiliated with a medical school residency program
• Work within the Radiology department
• Uses Philips scanners, EBW workstation, InterspacePortal, Paragon, and Merge PACS
• Day shift schedule with three 12-hour shifts, either 7a-730p or 9a-930p
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call requirements
• Responsible for taking radiologic films of various body parts to assist in detection of foreign bodies and diagnosis of diseases and injuries
• Scrubs of any color required with appropriate shoes; no logos from other medical establishments permitted
• Prior traveler experience preferred but not required
• Candidates residing within 35 miles of the facility are considered local travelers and subject to a reduced travel rate
• Maximum of 5 days RTO may be requested during the assignment
