American Traveler is seeking a Radiology Technologist for a 3x12 night shift at a Colorado hospital. ARRT (R) certification and CT certification are required, with BLS and an active license if applicable.

The role requires at least 1 year of experience and strong teamwork in a fast-paced radiology department. You will work 36 hours per week on 3x12 shifts (Fri-Sun graveyard) and use the EPIC charting system.

Qualifications

• ARRT(R) and CT certification are required.
• BLS certification (AHA) required and must not expire before start date.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in radiology.
• Active license if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Radiology department setting.
• 3x12hr Night shifts, Fri-Sun graveyard 4:00 PM-4:30 AM.
• 36 hours per week.
• Uses EPIC charting system.
• Performs diagnostic X-Ray procedures, patient positioning, immobilization, and contrast administration.
• Requires personal radiation monitoring badge (dosimeter).
• Coordinates X-Ray examinations to ensure timeliness, quality, and continuity of patient care.
• Evaluates image quality and submits required images and clinical information to the Radiologist.
• Supervises and evaluates Student Radiographers in the clinical setting.
• Maintains and charges department supplies appropriately.

• Active license required if applicable
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the specialty
• Strong communication skills within a multi-functional team
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn relevant applications
• Skilled in sterile technique, radiation safety measures (ALARA), and infection prevention

• 3x12hr Night shifts, Friday-Sunday graveyard 4:00 PM-4:30 AM
• 36 hours per week
• Uses EPIC charting system
• Performs diagnostic X-Ray procedures, patient positioning, immobilization, and contrast administration
• Requires personal radiation monitoring badge (dosimeter) for the assignment
• Coordinates X-Ray examinations to ensure timeliness, quality, and continuity of patient care

• Supervises and evaluates Student Radiographers in the clinical setting
• Maintains and charges department supplies appropriately
• Permanent staff must be separated from any Intermountain facility for at least one year before being eligible for a travel assignment
