Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Radiology Technologist for a travel assignment in Toledo, Ohio. This Rad Tech role requires 1 year of experience, ARRT (R) and BLS, and state licensing as applicable.

Responsibilities include performing radiologic procedures, patient preparation, image optimization, and documentation. Shift is 12 hours at night with a 36-hour work week for 13 weeks.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as Rad Tech.
• Must have ARRT (R) and BLS.
• State-specific licensing when required.

Responsibilities

• Identify patient, review imaging requests, explain procedures and provide reassurance.
• Follow physician orders for imaging areas.
• Position patient and adjust imaging equipment.
• Minimize radiation exposure with protective measures.
• Calibrate imaging equipment.
• Prepare results for physician review.
• Maintain patient records.
• Utilize McKesson PACS system.
