Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a Radiology Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Clyde, North Carolina. You will work 40 hours per week, with 8-hour day shifts, supporting imaging procedures and patient care in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires 1 year of radiology experience, BLS, ARRT (R) certification, and any applicable state licensing. The position offers travel benefits and a tax-free stipend, with continuous on-site support from TotalMed Allied.

Qualifications

• 1 year of radiology tech experience required.
• BLS certification and ARRT (R) National Certification, plus state licensure where required.

Responsibilities

• Verify patient identity and review imaging requests.
• Explain procedures to patients and obtain cooperation.
• Position patients and adjust equipment for imaging.
• Minimize radiation exposure with proper shielding and safety practices.
• Calibrate imaging equipment and prepare results for physicians.
• Maintain accurate patient records and document procedures.
