Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a Radiologic Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Clyde, North Carolina. The role requires ARRT registration, BLS, and 1–2 years of experience, with day shifts and a 40-hour workweek.

Qualifications

• ARRT registered or registry eligible.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• 1–2 years of radiology experience preferred.
• Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technology program with hospital training.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient condition and communicate findings as appropriate.
• Prepare preliminary paperwork for interpretation by cardiology when assisting with stress testing.
• Recognize chest pain and arrhythmias during stress testing and respond appropriately.
• Collect and review patient history and meds for prescribed studies.
• Assist with computerized charting using MUSE and Paragon systems.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to maintain quality patient outcomes.
