Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Radiology Technologist for a travel assignment in Omaha, Nebraska. The position runs for 13 weeks with 36 hours per week on 12-hour day shifts.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of radiology experience, ARRT (R) certification, BLS, and state licensing as required. Responsibilities include operating imaging equipment, preparing patients, and ensuring accurate images for physicians.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of radiology technologist experience.
• ARRT (R) certification and BLS required.
• State licensure when required for the assignment.

Responsibilities

• Operate diagnostic imaging equipment and ensure image accuracy for physician interpretation.
• Position patients and protect against unnecessary radiation exposure.
• Prepare results for physician review and maintain patient records.
• Understand and use the McKesson PACS system.
