Job Responsibilities:

• Operate x-ray equipment to produce radiographs as ordered by physicians.
• Position and instruct patients prior to examination, adjust equipment, and determine proper voltage, current, and exposure time.
• Verify exams on PACS.

Qualifications:

• Education: Associate's Degree in radiologic technology
• Certification Requirements:
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Radiography (ARRT-R): Required
• Oregon Board of Medical Imaging (OBMI) Radiologic Technologist License: Required in OR
• Basic Life Support (BLS or equivalent): Required
• Experience: Performing screening procedures for diagnostic interpretation.
