Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a Radiology Technologist for a travel assignment in Boston, Massachusetts. The Rad Tech will operate diagnostic imaging equipment, ensure accurate images for physicians, and care for patients undergoing radiologic testing.

Requirements include 1 year of experience, ARRT (R) certification, BLS, and state licensing as needed. Travel role with 12-hour day shifts and a 13-week duration.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of experience.
• Must have BLS, ARRT (R) National Certification, and state-specific licensing when required.

Responsibilities

• Operate diagnostic imaging equipment and ensure images are accurate for physician interpretation.
• Position patients and adjust equipment to the required imaging angles.
• Protect patients and staff from unnecessary radiation exposure.
• Prepare results for physician review and maintain patient records.
• Familiarity with McKesson PACS system for image handling.
