Qualified candidates will hold a MA radiology license, ARRT certification, and BLS; ACLS as specified. Requires 2+ years of diagnostic radiology experience, travel and trauma hospital exposure, and strong communication for patient safety.

Qualifications

• MA license required at time of submission.
• ARRT certification (Radiography) verification; BLS required; ACLS as specified.
• 2+ years of diagnostic radiology experience, including travel and trauma hospital settings.
• Ability to work a 12-hour day shift in a hospital environment.
• No locals will be considered; travel experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiologic imaging procedures (X-ray) following physician orders and safety guidelines.
• Position patients and equipment to obtain high-quality images; adjust exposure factors and verify image quality.
• Maintain accurate patient information and documentation; communicate findings to radiologists and clinical staff.
• Adhere to ALARA principles, safety protocols, HIPAA, and infection control standards.
• Support trauma and high-acuity imaging needs; manage patient flow and imaging workflows as needed.
