Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Radiology Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Winchester, Massachusetts. The role requires 40 hours per week with 10-hour daytime shifts, performing diagnostic imaging and caring for patients undergoing radiologic testing to support physicians.

The ideal Rad Tech has at least 1 year of radiology experience, ARRT (R) certification, BLS, and any required state licensing.

Qualifications

• 1 year of radiology experience
• BLS certification and ARRT (R) certification
• State licensing where required

Responsibilities

• Verify patient identity and imaging requests; explain procedures to patients
• Position patient and adjust imaging equipment for proper views
• Limit radiation exposure with protective measures
• Calibrate imaging equipment
• Prepare results for physician review
• Maintain accurate patient records and use PACS workflow
