TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Radiology Technologist for an assignment in Winchester, Virginia. The Rad Tech will perform diagnostic imaging, prepare patients for procedures, and ensure accurate results for physician interpretation.

The role requires ARRT(R) certification, BLS, and state licensure as applicable, with a 13-week travel commitment and 40 hours per week on 10-hour day shifts. The position is travel-based and includes weekly pay with benefits through TotalMed Allied.

Formación

• Must have 1 year of radiology imaging experience.
• Must hold BLS certification, ARRT (R) national certification, and state-specific licensure where required.

Responsabilidades

• Operate diagnostic imaging equipment and ensure accurate images for physician interpretation.
• Prepare and care for patients undergoing radiologic testing.
• Position patients and adjust equipment to capture required views.
• Follow physician orders on imaging areas and protect against unnecessary radiation exposure.
• Calibrate imaging equipment and prepare results for physician review.
• Maintain accurate patient records and use McKesson PACS.
