Job summary

TotalMed is hiring a Travel Radiology Technologist for a 13-week assignment in New Britain, Connecticut. The position requires expertise in diagnostic imaging, ensuring accurate production of images, and patient care throughout the testing process.

Successful candidates will hold ARRT (R) certification, possess a year of clinical experience, and be able to work 8-hour night shifts. Additional qualifications include knowledge of anatomy and preferred certifications like ARDMS (RDCS).

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of clinical experience as a Radiology Technologist.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lean, or stoop for long periods.
• Additional certifications: ARDMS (RDCS) and CCI (RCS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use diagnostic imaging equipment to produce accurate images.
• Prepare and care for patients during radiologic testing.
• Explain procedures to patients and confirm their identification.
