You will work with GE CT equipment, perform CT and cross-coverage radiography procedures, and ensure HIPAA-compliant records. The role involves 36 guaranteed hours per week, 3x12-hour nights, and a start date of September 28, 2026.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images for radiologist interpretation.
• Perform additional imaging procedures including general radiography and fluoroscopy.
• Use PACS and teleradiology systems to transfer images and maintain records.
• Maintain patient records, imaging files, and billing information, ensuring HIPAA compliance.
• Conduct routine maintenance and calibration of CT equipment and manage supplies.
• Collaborate with radiologists and team to ensure safety and efficient night workflow.

Radiology Tech – CT Tech needed for a 13-week travel assignment in Hanford, California. Start date September 28, 2026. Weekly pay range is $2,381 to $2,472, with guaranteed hours of 36 per week. Shift: night shift, 3x12-hour nights (7:00 PM-7:30 AM). Work setting is a short-term acute care hospital; assignment type is travel temporary. The role requires CT imaging expertise and cross-coverage in general radiography and fluoroscopy.

Responsibilities

• Operate computed tomography (CT) equipment to produce cross-sectional images for radiologist interpretation
• Perform additional imaging procedures as needed, including general radiography and fluoroscopy
• Use PACS and teleradiology systems to transfer images to the appropriate location and maintain accurate image files
• Maintain patient records, imaging files, and related billing information, ensuring HIPAA compliance
• Conduct routine maintenance and calibration of CT equipment and manage supply inventory
• Collaborate with radiologists and the radiology team to ensure patient safety and efficient workflow during night coverage

Requirements

• ARRT certification: RT (R)(CT) or RT (R) with ARRRT; Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) required; CA RT license required
• Advanced CT Certification: Required in some regions; in this assignment, CT certification is required (CA preferred)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor; Fluoroscopy license in CA if operating fluoroscopy
• Venipuncture certification if performing contrast administration
• Associate degree in Radiologic Technology preferred
• At least two years of recent experience in radiology/CT
• Ability to work in a hospital setting and cover CT and diagnostic X-ray across shifts
• Experience with GE CT equipment preferred
• E-Verify participation as part of employment eligibility
