Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging for trauma and general studies per orders, ensuring diagnostic-quality images on GE scanners (2 older platforms and 5 Revolution platform) and using EPIC EMR for workflow
• Operate CT equipment, correctly position patients, monitor for adverse reactions, administer contrast as trained, and adhere to ALARA radiation safety principles
• Collaborate with radiologists and ED clinicians during Level 1 trauma, stroke, and burn protocols to support rapid, accurate imaging
• Document procedures and results in EPIC EMR; communicate critical findings promptly to the care team
• Maintain equipment readiness, patient safety, and infection control; support room turnover and quality controls as needed
• Weekend coverage may be required (Sat/Sun). May float to additional ED sites within the region as needed
